One of the hottest selling communities right now in Santa Clarita, is the Milestone community, located in Newhall. While it’s technically in Newhall, it’s really closer to Canyon Country, and on the boarder of Saugus.

Also, with the addition of the Wal-Mart Supercenter and Sam’s Club at Center Pointe Village, as well as the Plaza at Golden Valley, shopping is super abundant, and enough to satisfy most nearby residents.
